Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being personal care goods, we do not except returns or exchanges as there is no way to guarantee they have not been tampered with. The safety of all our customers is of the utmost importance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or submitting a damage complaint will not be accepted or reimbursed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your receipt or proof of purchase in an email to gingerlysnappedcreations@gmail.com. Gingerly Snapped is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, we may be able to provide a coupon, exchange, or another version of reimbursement dependent on the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
We are happy to accept any canceled orders as long as the cancellation is submitted before the item has shipped, which can be 12-48 hours after the order has been placed.
